Exchanges and Returns

At LipeGlow, our biggest commitment is to your well-being and your experience with our brand. If you need to exchange or return your Ritual, we have created a simple, transparent policy that is 100% aligned with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

According to Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date you receive the order.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of use, with the seal intact, and accompanied by the invoice. The shipping cost for the first return due to withdrawal is on us.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

We work with strict quality standards, but if your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damaged during transport, you have up to 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt to request an exchange.

In these cases, we will request photos or videos of the product for analysis. Once the defect is proven, the return and reshipping costs will be fully covered by LipeGlow.

3. How to request an Exchange or Return?

To start the process, simply contact our customer service team through our official WhatsApp, providing your order number, purchase ID (CPF), and the reason for the request.

4. Deadlines and Refunds

Once the product returns to our distribution center, it will undergo a quality check that can take up to 3 business days. Upon approval, we will process the refund:

Credit Card: The refund will be requested to the credit card issuer and may appear in up to 2 (two) subsequent billing cycles, depending on your statement's closing date.
PIX or Bank Slip (Boleto): The refund will be made via bank transfer or PIX to the account of the purchase holder (same ID/CPF), within 7 business days.

⚠️ Attention: Products returned without prior communication to our team, outside the legal deadline, or missing required items/seals, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender without prior consultation.
